The ATMs in Russia & CIS Conference To Take Place in Moscow
Monday, April 16, 2012The ATMs in Russia & CIS conference, organized by the ATM Industry Association (ATMIA), will be held in Moscow on April 24-25 this year. It is the first time that this event will be taking place; hopefully, it will become a significant annual event of the ATM industry.
This regional conference will gather representatives of banks and other financial institutions, ATM vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers not only from the CIS, but also from other countries around the world. At the conference, the ATM industry leaders will discuss the self-service hardware market strategy (including its changes and prospects), self-service device security problems, and customer service quality. The event participants will have the opportunity to hear the hottest news of the self-service device market firsthand; to get acquainted with the latest solutions for ATMs and self-service systems; to find new partners and colleagues from Russia, the CIS, Europe, and Asia; and to get answers to questions that trouble them.
Together with other ATM specialists, the BS/2 company, a member of the Penki Kontinentai Group, always takes part in ATMIA-organized conferences, training courses, and seminars held in various cities (Riga, Kiev, Prague, London, etc.). At the ATM Security Training course that took place in March this year, BS/2 specialists presented ATMeye.iQ, a video monitoring solution for ATMs and other self-service hardware, which attracted great interest.
According to Denis Korobkov, the Head of the Software Sales Division, the Moscow conference is, in a way, a continuation of previous events.
Says Korobkov: "We are constantly taking part in events like this. This is why the Moscow conference gives us the opportunity to tell more and in more detail about various BS/2-developed software solutions for the banking and retail sectors. At the company's stand (no. 7), you will be able to learn about and try out such .iQ family products as ATMeye.iQ, Service Desk.iQ, and Payments.iQ. These and other BS/2 solutions are already being used by a number of Baltic, Central Asian, and East Asian banks, which helps optimize and make more efficient the processes that run in self-service devices.
The specialist believes that the Moscow ATMIA conference is a good opportunity to meet partners, colleagues, customers, to share experience, to establish new contacts, and to hear the latest news of the self-service device market.
The chief sponsor of the event, the Wincor Nixdorf group, is BS/2's long-time partner. BS/2 has been collaborating with the German company since 1995, supplying its self-service hardware to the banking and retail sectors and developing software products specifically designed for such devices. The BS/2 training center, which opened in 2009, is the only certified Wincor Nixdorf competence center in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
